Real estate project at Matīsa Street 27
Matīsa 27 is a historic residential building in the center of Riga that we are subdividing into individual apartment units—totaling 40 apartments with a sellable area of approximately 2,900 m². New layouts are being designed for the apartments, and one floor is being delivered with a "white finish." We are implementing the project in collaboration with the Kalvis Urmans Group, a Riga-based developer with over 15 years of experience and more than 500 completed residential units.
